This package is designed for events with up to 75 guests and includes the essential service items needed to provide a smooth and enjoyable drink experience. Howdy Shots provides professional bartending service, bar tools, and beverage accessories, while the client provides all alcoholic beverages.

● One TABC-certified professional bartender service

● Up to 75 guests

● Up to 4 hours of service

● 2 signature cocktails (standard selections)

● Standard mixers and garnishes appropriate for the selected signature cocktails

● Disposable cups

● Straws

● Napkins

● Coolers for beverage storage

● Professional bar tools

Important Details:

● Client is responsible for providing all alcohol, ice, and any required venue approvals.

● This package includes bartender service only. A mobile bar setup is not included but is available as an add-on upgrade.

● Additional bartender service may be required based on guest count, beverage selections, and service needs.

● Additional service hours are available upon request.

● Premium & Specialty Cocktails: Signature cocktails included in this package are based on standard drink selections. Premium cocktails or beverages requiring specialty ingredients, extensive preparation, or additional bartending time, may be subject to an additional charge. Any applicable upgrades will be discussed and approved before booking.

● Outdoor events must provide appropriate weather protection and a suitable service area.
